During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Crestron hosted its first-ever virtual event, featuring over 25 videos and interactive live sessions, product launches, demos and roundtables. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive video broadcast package as a toolkit for editors to work on the fly.
With COVID-19 shutting down in-person trade shows, Crestron faced the need to create a virtual event that could replicate the energy and cohesion of their physical booths. They required a dynamic, branded motion design system to unify over 25 live sessions, product demos, launches, and roundtable discussions, all while empowering editors to work flexibly as new video requests came in.
The Solution
Starting with only the Crestron Next logo, we developed a complete motion design toolkit, including intros / outros, lower thirds, and title cards. This broadcast package allowed editors to quickly build videos with cohesive visuals, ensuring a seamless experience for all event attendees. The result was a versatile, branded system that brought the event's innovative spirit and energy to life across a fully virtual environment.
